Maple chia pudding

This pudding is healthy, requires no cooking, and tastes like dessert.
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 c whole milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Let sit at room temperature for at least 15m. Whisk again.
- Let sit at room temperature for at least another 15m. Whisk for a third
time.
- Refrigerate overnight. When serving, thin with additional milk if necessary.
Top with fruits, nuts, honey, and/or additional maple syrup.
