Maple chia pudding

This pudding is healthy, requires no cooking, and tastes like dessert.

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Let sit at room temperature for at least 15m. Whisk again.
  3. Let sit at room temperature for at least another 15m. Whisk for a third time.
  4. Refrigerate overnight. When serving, thin with additional milk if necessary. Top with fruits, nuts, honey, and/or additional maple syrup.
